Wausau Wing Competition

June 17th from 11 AM to 2 PM - Wausau Airport
Join Wausau Events for the 2nd Annual "Wausau Wing Competition" as part of Wings Over Wausau! This event will take place on June 17th from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Wausau Airport, inside of the Emerson St. Entrance gate at Wings Over Wausau.
This competition is sponsored by Prevail Bank.

How it works:

  • To participate, you will purchase a ticket that will allow you to redeem a punch card at the event. 
  • This punch card will allow you to taste chicken wings from the various Wing Vendors at the event, receiving 1-2 wings from at least 6 different local restaurant or bar vendors!
  • You will then vote for your favorite and help us choose the People's Choice Wing Winner! There will also be celebrity judges that will vote for their favorite vendor for the "Wausau Wing Winner" award.

Early Bird: $15
Purchase before 5/1.

Wing Competition Ticket: $20
If purchased in advance online between 5/1 and 6/16.

All tickets are digitally sent to you and can be redeemed at the event for your punch card. Tickets are non-refundable as the event will happen regardless of weather.
